Information of the health, safety and working conditions committee of occupational accidents
The health, safety and working conditions committee is informed about occupational accidents and is brought, sometimes to inquire.
The health, safety and working conditions committee has to conduct investigation when the occupational accident has been serious, according to the French Labour Code : article L 4614-6
The N°61-2256, cerfa form should be use for this.
The form should be returned within 15 days, in duplicate, to the labor inspector.
The health, safety and working conditions committee may carry out investigations :
- after any occupational accident,
- after repeated incidents which show sometimes a potentially dangerous work situation,
- after a serious occupational disease .
