Meetings of the health, safety and working conditions committee
The health, safety and working conditions committee meets every 3 months but also after a serious occupational accident or an accident that could have been more serious. Members of the committee can also ask for a meeting if they find it necessary.
The health, safety and working conditions committee meets every 3 months, during working hours.
The agenda for the health, safety and working conditions committee is set by the president and the secretary of the Committee.
This agenda is communicated at least 10 days prior to the date of the meeting to :
- Committee’s members,
- Occupational doctor,
- labour inspector,
- representatives of prevention service of the Regional health insurance funds, called in French CARSAT, Caisse d’Assurance Retraite et de SAnté au Travail.
