redeployment after occupational disease"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>The victim of an occupational disease has to establish the notification of the occupational disease \u00a0and then we must eliminate exposure to this \u00a0occupational risk .<!--more--><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>The most commonly reported occupational diseases are :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Muskuloskeletal disorders (MSD)<\/li>\n<li>Diseases caused by abestos<\/li>\n<li>Diseases of the lombar rachis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"bloc-important\">An employer who has established a report of a work-related illness must never be more exposed to the\u00a0 occupational risk : by example a victim of occupational deafness doesn&#8217;t be more exposed to the noise at the workplace.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>The occupational physician must propose to the employer other workplaces for the victim (<\/strong> by example during the work resumption examination) : a professional redeployment should be considered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sometimes it is not possible to adapt the workplace : <\/strong><br \/>\na dismissal for unfitness is envisaged.<\/p>\n<p>In case of occupational disease ( it is the same for the occupational accident) the severance payments are multiplied by 2.<\/p>\n<p>Since 10 years, more and more occupational diseases are recognised because physicians and employers are more and more aware about the recognition of\u00a0 some illness as occupational disease.<br \/>\n<script async
