Some allergic diseases are recognised as occupational diseases.<!--more--><strong><a href=\"#lien3\"><br \/><\/a><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><a <\/a><\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"lien1\"><\/a>Table # 66<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Asthma is recognised as occupational illness in the table <\/strong><strong>n\u00b0 66<\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It must be stressed by spirometry.<br \/>The time limit compensation claim is 7 days<\/li>\n<li>Complication of the sickness, <strong>chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD<\/strong>, may also be recognised as occupational disease :<br \/> t<strong><\/strong>he time limit compensation claim is 1 year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hypersensitivity pneumonitis <strong>is recognised as occupational illness in the table <\/strong><strong>n\u00b0 66<\/strong><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The disease can be reversed at the beginning.<\/li>\n<li>Symptoms are : shortness, cough, fever, weight-loss.<\/li>\n<li>The disease must be stressed by spirometry<\/li>\n<li>Markers ( antibodies) in the blood are necessary to obtain the recognition as occupational disease.<\/li>\n<li>This clinical picture\u00a0 don&#8217;t appear with the first contact with an allergen, but after several contacts to respiratory sensitisers.<\/li>\n<li>The time limit compensation claim is : 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fibrosis is recognised as occupational illness in the table n\u00b0 66<\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bloc-important\">Fibrosis is the final level of allergy.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>To be recognised as an occupational disease, radiological signs of fibrosis are necessary, respiratory effects must be stressed by spirometry and antibodies must be present in the blood ( against the pathogen causing the disease).<br \/>Usually, we don&#8217;t find occupational origin for the fibrosis.<\/p>\n<p>The time limit compensation claim is : 15 years.<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"lien2\"><\/a>Table # 62<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Isocyanates<\/strong> are potent allergens which can cause : a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>asthma<\/strong> ( stressed by spirometry,\u00a0 time limit compensation claim : 7 days)<\/li>\n<li><strong>interstitial lung disease (<\/strong> time limit compensation claim : 30 days)<\/li>\n<li><strong>hypersensitivity pneumonitis<\/strong> ( time limit compensation claim\u00a0 : 3 years) : bronchial obstruction or restrictive obstruction, radiological signs are necessary and antibodies must be present in the blood to obtain the recognition as occupational disease.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0Table n\u00b0 62 recognise these diseases as occupational illness.<\/p>\n<h4>You can also read the following posts
