A long exposure is necessary to overload lung disease such as pneumoconiose : it appears when \u00a0the epuration capacities in the lungs are exceeded . Some \u00a0pneumoconioses are recognised as occupational diseases.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Inhalation of inorganic dusts \u00a0containig \u00a0:<\/p>\n

  • crystalline silica ( quartz, cristobalite, tridymite).<\/li>\n
  • crystalline silicates\u00a0( kaolin, talcum)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Silicosis<\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Acute silicosis<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Time limit compensation claim\u00a0: \u00a06 months<\/li>\n
      • Duration of the exposure\u00a0\u00a0: 6 months<\/li>\n
      • There is probably an allergic mechanism with \u00a0silicosis ( we don’t observe an allergic mechanism with the other pneumoconioses).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

        • There are \u00a0interstitial nodular pulmonary injuries \u00a0which are bilateral. There are proved by chest X-ray \u00a0or scanner or\u00a0\u00a0anatomopathological signs when they exist.<\/li>\n
        • In the same time \u00a0functional respiratory disorders are possible.<\/li>\n

        • Duration of the exposure\u00a0\u00a0: 5 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Pneumoconiose with complications :<\/strong>\n

          • cardiac complication,\u00a0right heart failure ,<\/li>\n
          • pleuropneumonia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Pneumoconiose with non specific complications \u00a0:<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • spontaneous pneumothorax,<\/li>\n
            • bacterial pulmonary superinfection, acute or chronic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Pathological manifestations \u00a0associated with radiographic evidence or \u00a0silicotic lesions \u00a0:<\/strong>\n

              • bronchogenic carcinoma : it must be associated with silicosis radiographic evidence ,<\/li>\n
              • pleuro pneumonia lesions type \u00a0rheumatoid\u00a0\u00a0(Syndrome of \u00a0Caplan Collinet).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Kaolinose, talcose, graphitose<\/span><\/h4>\n

                • Crystalline silicate<\/strong>s dusts<\/li>\n

                        • These particles are not toxic but the particle overload causes the pulmonary disease.<\/li>\n
                        • Sid\u00e9rosis :<\/strong>\n

                          • chronic interstitial lung disease caused by \u00a0iron or oxides iron overload : \u00a0there are diffused punctiform opacities on standard radiographs or scanner, \u00a0or\u00a0\u00a0anatomopathological signs when they exist.
                            \nIn the same time \u00a0functional respiratory disorders are possible ( spirometry).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
