It is meant to track the professional exposures and help the occupational physician to understand the relations between the state of health and his working conditions.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"#lien1\">Content of the medical record<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"#lien2\">Retention period\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0personal record\u00a0<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"#lien3\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This content of the medical record is required by the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.has-sante.fr\/portail\/jcms\/c_757826\/fr\/le-dossier-medical-en-sante-au-travail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\"> French Health Authority<\/a> ( called in French : <strong>HAS, Haute Autorit\u00e9 de sant\u00e9<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"lien1\"><\/a>Content of the medical record<\/h3>\n<p class=\"bloc-important\">A computer file is better.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Administrative informations\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Surname, married surname, forname , date of birth, addres, phone<\/p>\n<p><strong>Informations about previous and current jobs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Previous jobs <\/strong>:<br \/>\nareas of activity, professions, positions held, professionnal exposures.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Current job<\/strong> :<br \/>\nbusiness name and address,<br \/>\narea of activity of the company,<br \/>\ncontact details of the occupational physician and the occupational health service,<br \/>\nemployee&#8217;s own regular occupation,\u00a0type of contract, date of takeover,<br \/>\nworking hours,<br \/>\ndescription of the workstation (tasks, identified <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/occupational-risks\/chemical-risk-carcinogenic-mutagenic-reprotoxic-agents-hazardous-chemical-agents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">risks<\/a>, individual and collective measures of prevention),<br \/>\nadjustements ( in workstation and work conditions, occupational exposures, measures of prevention).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Informations about employee&#8217;s health<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Date, nature of the medical examination (pre-recruitement, periodical, reinstatment, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Personal medical history .<\/li>\n<li>Tobacco and alcohol consumption, other addictions<a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/aptitude-inaptitude\/aptitude-travail-pathologie\/cannabis-travail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Current treatments.<\/li>\n<li>In case of exposure to hazardous reprotoxic substances : contraception, becoming pregnant.<\/li>\n<li>Vaccination status related with the professional exposure.<\/li>\n<li>Sick leaves since last medical examination \u00a0: date, duration, reasons<\/li>\n<li>Results of physical examination : presence of physical or psychological symptoms , if they are present : are they related to the working conditions ?<\/li>\n<li>Informations contained in medical documents provided by the employee which shoud be useful for its health&#8217;s monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Results of paraclinical examinations (spirometry, chest x-rays, etc), value of biological exposure indicators (BEI), etc.<\/li>\n<li>Any opinion of a medical \u00a0expert about detection or monitoring of an illness which may be related with the working conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Proposals and opinions\u00a0of the occupational doctor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/health-work\/occupational-doctor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">occupational physician<\/a> has to inform the employee about :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Professional exposures :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0identified risks,<\/li>\n<li>measures of prevention such as the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/employer-obligations\/personal-protective-equipment-ppe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PPE, Personal protective equipments<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Is there or not a<strong> work-related disease\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"><strong>Certificate<\/strong> issued during the medical check-up (a\u00a0report is filed by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/health-work\/occupational-doctor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">occupational physician<\/a> after each medical examination)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Opinion&#8217;s doctor \u00a0:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>does he need a <strong>second medical opinion<\/strong> (specialized medical consultation) ?<\/li>\n<li>is a workstation layout necessary ?<\/li>\n<li>what proposals does he have to <strong>improve the working conditions<\/strong> ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>vaccines that requires its profession \u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>medical surveillance proposed by the doctor : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/medical-examinations\/differente-medical-surveillances\/simple-medical-surveillance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">simple medical surveillance<\/a> or<a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/medical-examinations\/differente-medical-surveillances\/strengthened-medical-supervision-exposure-specific-occupational-hazards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> strengthened medical surveillance in case of exposition to specific occupational hazards<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/medical-examinations\/differente-medical-surveillances\/strengthened-medical-supervision-case-particular-personal-situations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">strengthened medical supervision in case of particular personal situation<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"lien2\"><\/a>Retention period of the personal record<\/h3>\n<p class=\"bloc-important\">The French Health Authority ( called in French : HAS, Haute Autorit\u00e9 de sant\u00e9) recalls that there is no general rule about the retention period of the occupational medical record,\u00a0however some specific rules define the retention of the record in case of exposure to the following <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/occupational-risks\/chemical-risk-carcinogenic-mutagenic-reprotoxic-agents-hazardous-chemical-agents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hazards<\/a> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Exposure to dangerous biological pathogens<\/strong> : record should be kept during <strong>10 years<\/strong> after the end of the exposure and for up to <strong>40 years<\/strong> in case of exposure to biological agents which cause diseases with long incubation period.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to <strong>\u00a0CMR substances (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic and or toxic to Reproduction )<\/strong> : \u00a0record should be kept during <strong>50 years<\/strong>\u00a0after the end of the exposure.<\/li>\n<li>In case of tasks with <strong>hyperbaric conditions<\/strong> :\u00a0\u00a0record should be kept during <strong>20 years<\/strong>\u00a0after the end of the exposure.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to the<strong> ionising radiations<\/strong> : record should be kept during\u00a0<strong>50 years<\/strong>\u00a0after the end of the exposure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins
