target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">article L. 1251-22<\/a>, the temporary employment agency has to undergo the medical surveillance of temporary workers.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>According to the French Labor code, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000006901275&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;dateTexte=20140515&amp;oldAction=rechCodeArticle&amp;fastReqId=1206171649&amp;nbResultRech=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">article L. 1251-22<\/a>, the\u00a0<strong>temporary employment agency<\/strong> has to undergo the medical surveillanc<strong>e<\/strong> of temporary workers.<br \/>\nHowever when there is a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/medical-examinations\/differente-medical-surveillances\/strengthened-medical-supervision-exposure-specific-occupational-hazards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">strenghtened medical surveillance in case of exposure to certains risks<\/a> or when the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/medical-examinations\/differente-medical-surveillances\/strengthened-medical-supervision-case-particular-personal-situations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">worker is pregnant, disabled or minor<\/a>\u00a0: the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/health-work\/occupational-doctor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">occupational doctor <\/a>of the user undertaking carries out an additional medical examination.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bloc-important\">The temporary worker is medically fit\u00a0subject to a limit of three
