target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">D 4153-18<\/a>) :<br \/>\nIt is forbidden to expose to<strong>\u00a0asbestos <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>dust level<\/strong> defined by the French Labour Code\u00a0article\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000025819047&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;dateTexte=20131023&amp;oldAction=rechCodeArticle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">R. 4412-98<\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>however <strong>exemption is possible for certain dust levels<\/strong> defined by the French Labour Code,\u00a0article\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000025819047&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;dateTexte=20131023&amp;oldAction=rechCodeArticle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">R. 4412-98<\/a><strong>)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>List of\u00a0hazardous chemical agents to which exposure by young people is prohibited<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to a hazardous chemical agent defined by the French Labour Code (article\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000025739741&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;dateTexte=20131022&amp;oldAction=rechCodeArticle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">R. 4411-6<\/a>) is prohibited and exposure to any hazardous chemical agents having an\u00a0<strong>occupational exposure limit value.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to the French Labour Code (article\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000025739741&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;dateTexte=20131022&amp;oldAction=rechCodeArticle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">R 4411-6<\/a>\u00a0) a young under 18 years of age should not be exposed to\u00a0chemical substances and mixtures\u00a0corresponding to one of the following category :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Explosives\u00a0 substances<\/li>\n<li>Extremely flammable<\/li>\n<li>Easily flammables<\/li>\n<li>Flammables<\/li>\n<li>Very toxic<\/li>\n<li>Toxic<\/li>\n<li>Noxious<\/li>\n<li>Corrosive<\/li>\n<li>Irritants<\/li>\n<li>Sensitizers<\/li>\n<li>Carcinogenic<\/li>\n<li>Mutagenic<\/li>\n<li>Toxic to reproduction<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bloc-important\">However there is no prohibition for the following hazardous chemical agents \u00a0:oxidizers, \u00a0substances and mixtures\u00a0hazardous to the aquatic environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>It is forbidden to expose to\u00a0group 4 and group 3 biological agents<\/h4>\n<p>According to the French Labour Code (article\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do;jsessionid=CDA7DA21F64DEA19DAB859073C5099AA.tpdjo14v_2?idArticle=LEGIARTI000028058837&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;dateTexte=20131022&amp;categorieLien=id&amp;oldAction=rechCodeArticle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">D 4153-19)<\/a>.<br \/>\nFor example, hepatitis B virus, virus rabies \u00a0are group 3 biological agents.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>It is forbidden to expose to mechanical vibrations<\/h4>\n<p>According to the French Labour Code (article\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do;jsessionid=CDA7DA21F64DEA19DAB859073C5099AA.tpdjo14v_2?idArticle=LEGIARTI000028058832&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;dateTexte=20131022&amp;categorieLien=id&amp;oldAction=rechCodeArticle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">D 4153-20<\/a>\u00a0) and it\u00a0specifies the vibrations levels which should not be exceeded \u00a0(article\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do;jsessionid=FFEEB84A19E4968112C89130460EE21C.tpdjo14v_2?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;idArticle=LEGIARTI000018491016&amp;dateTexte=&amp;categorieLien=cid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">R. 4443-2<\/a>)\u00a0\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2,5 m \/ s2 for the vibrations transmitted to the hands and arms\u00a0\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>0,5 m \/ s2 \u00a0for the vibrations transmitted to the whole body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Exposure to ionising radiations, artificial optical radiation\u00a0are forbidden however an exemption is possible.<\/h4>\n<p>According to the French Labour Code (Articles\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do;jsessionid=CDA7DA21F64DEA19DAB859073C5099AA.tpdjo14v_2?idArticle=LEGIARTI000028058827&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;dateTexte=20131022&amp;categorieLien=id&amp;oldAction=rechCodeArticle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">D 4153-21\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">D 4153-23<\/a>\u00a0)<\/p>\n<h4>Exposure to\u00a0hazards of an electrical nature is forbidden<\/h4>\n<p>According to the French Labour Code target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">D 4153-24<\/a>\u00a0)<\/p>\n<h4>Exposure to risks of collapse is forbidden<\/h4>\n<p>According to the French Labour Code (Article\u00a0<a be request to the labor inspector ( French Labour Code article\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000028057776&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;dateTexte=20131022&amp;oldAction=rechCodeArticle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">R 4153-39<\/a>)\u00a0and may be granted for 3 years. According to a recent decree (\u00a0<a
