{"id":2959,"date":"2014-05-10T18:32:15","date_gmt":"2014-05-10T17:32:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.atousante.org\/?p=2959"},"modified":"2018-02-19T09:15:17","modified_gmt":"2018-02-19T07:15:17","slug":"recognition-status-disabled-worker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/recognition-status-disabled-worker\/","title":{"rendered":"The recognition of the status of disabled worker"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>In France, a person may contact the public body called in French Commission des Droits et de l&#8217;Autonomie: CDAPH, to request and obtain a recognition of the status of disabled worker ( called in French RQTH: Reconnaissance de la qualit\u00e9 de travailleur handicap\u00e9).<!--more--><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It is the <em>Commission des Droits et de l&#8217;Autonomie, CDAPH<\/em> which recognises the status of disabled worker in France. In every French Department there is a\u00a0single point to facilitate the coverage formalities for disabled adults, called in French\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/informations.handicap.fr\/carte-france-mdph.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maison D\u00e9partementale des Personnes Handicap\u00e9es, MDPH<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>An employer may receive :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>aids for the<strong> recruitment<\/strong> of disabled workers in the form of wage subsidies<\/li>\n<li>and subsidies for the<strong> workstation layout<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These <strong>subsidies<\/strong> are given by a public body called in French\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.agefiph.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agefiph, Association nationale de gestion du fonds pour l\u2019insertion professionnelle des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/medical-examinations\/differente-medical-surveillances\/strengthened-medical-supervision-case-particular-personal-situations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">medical supervision is strengthened<\/a> for the disabled workers.<\/p>\n<p>There are special rules in case of<strong>\u00a0dismissal of a disabled worker<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A disabled worker can <strong>retire before the legal retirement age<\/strong> and is entitled to receive a full pension \u00a0if he fulfils the required conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bloc-important\">An
