Frequency rate ( called in French “taux de fr\u00e9quence<\/strong>“) is the number of occupational accidents with leave for 1 000 000 worked hours<\/p>\n

Method of calculation :<\/p>\n

Frequency rate<\/strong> = number of accidents with sick leave X 1 000 000 \/number of \u00a0worked hours<\/p>\n

To calculate the number of \u00a0worked hours , you have to multiply\u00a0 : staff full-time equivalent of the company and the number of working hours made every year by a full-time person.<\/span><\/p>\n

Frequency index ( called in French “indice de fr\u00e9quence<\/strong>“) is the number of occupational accidents for 1 000 employees.<\/p>\n

To calculate the frequency index, you have to divide the number of accidents with a leave (\u00a0work stopped more than one day)\u00a0 by the number of employees and then you multiply by , 1 000<\/span><\/p>\n
