It is also something that has happened at a <strong>specific time<\/strong> and a <strong>known place.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"lien1\"><\/a>Employer&#8217;s Obligations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The employer must give to the victim of the accident the<strong>&#8220;work accident&#8221; form,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>then, he must send to the Social security within 48 hours the<strong> work accident declaration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The employer has to arrange a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/occupational-accidents\/occupational-accidents-formalities\/reinstatement-medical-examination-occupational-accident\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reinstatement visit <\/a>with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/health-work\/occupational-doctor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">occupational physician <\/a>when worker has stopped to work at least for 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"bloc-important\">This medical examination\u00a0 takes place within one week and ends the suspension of the contract of employment.<\/p>\n<p>This medical examination estimates the capacity or not of the employee to take back its employment and the necessity of an adaptation of the working conditions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.net-entreprises.fr\/html\/a-savoir.htm#dat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The employer may notify accidents at work, to the social security, on line<\/a>. This <strong>electronic notification<\/strong> is recent.<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"lien2\"><\/a>Employer may contest occupational accident<\/h3>\n<p>Indeed, the employer has the right to demonstrate that
