The Committee shall be consulted before\u00a0any changes in work organisation, reorganization of the premises, etc<!--more--><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"lien1\"><\/a>Tasks of the health, safety and working conditions committee<\/h3>\n<p class=\"bloc-important\">The health, safety and working conditions committee\u00a0ensures that legal requirements aare observed.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It \u00a0helps improve health\u00a0and safety protection of :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>company&#8217;s employees,<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/particular-situations\/temporary-worker\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">temporary workers<\/a><strong>,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>contractor employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>It has to lead actions to\u00a0promote employee well-being<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Adapting workplaces<\/strong>\u00a0:\u00a0temperature, lighting, noise, etc<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work organisation <\/strong>: workload,rate of work, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>It has to review <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/occupational-risks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hazards on the job<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It contributes to the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/employer-obligations\/single-document-evaluation-occupational-risks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0single document for the evaluation of occupational risks in the company<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Committee shall be consulted\u00a0by the employer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For any change of the working conditions .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The\u00a0health, safety and working conditions committee participates in the analysis of working conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It visits regularly the workshops, premises of the company<\/li>\n<li>It does investigations after <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/occupational-accidents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">occupational accident<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/occupational-diseases\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">occupational disease<\/a>, repeated incident , etc<br \/>\nThe committee is informed about all occupational accident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"bloc-important\">Any member of the health, safety and working conditions committee\u00a0seeing any serious and imminent danger shall imm\u00e9diately notify the employer or his representative. This opinion shall be delivered in writing.\u00a0\u00a0 The employer must immediately begin an investigation with the committee&#8217;s member and make necessary arrangements to effectively prevent
