months,<\/strong>\u00a0during <strong>working hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The agenda<\/strong> for the health, safety and working conditions committee\u00a0\u00a0is set by the president and the secretary of the Committee.<\/p>\n<p>This agenda is communicated at least 10 days prior to the date of the meeting to :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Committee&#8217;s members,<\/li>\n<li>Occupational doctor,<\/li>\n<li>labour inspector,<\/li>\n<li>representatives\u00a0of\u00a0<strong>prevention service<\/strong>\u00a0of the\u00a0Regional health insurance funds, called in French CARSAT,\u00a0<strong>C<\/strong>aisse\u00a0d&#8217;<strong>A<\/strong>ssurance\u00a0<strong>R<\/strong>etraite et de\u00a0<strong>SA<\/strong>nt\u00e9
