{"id":2023,"date":"2014-05-01T14:11:07","date_gmt":"2014-05-01T13:11:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.atousante.org\/?p=2023"},"modified":"2018-02-19T08:43:44","modified_gmt":"2018-02-19T06:43:44","slug":"enterprise-first-aid-work-situations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/enterprise-first-aid-work-situations\/","title":{"rendered":"The enterprise has to set up first aid in work situations"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>In case of serious accident,\u00a0the \u00a0enterprise must call the emergency services system, in France \u00a0known as SAMU (Service d&#8217;Aide M\u00e9dicale Urgente), which decides how and where the victim must be transported.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"#lien1\">Set up first aid\u00a0<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"#lien2\">Call the emergency team<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"lien1\"><\/a>Set up first aid<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>It is necessary to display the external emergency numbers in the enterprise .<\/li>\n<li>For example in France<br \/>\n<strong>SAMU : 15<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Fire brigade ( called POMPIERS in France) : 18<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Unique european number : 112<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"bloc-important\">\u00a015 or \u00a018 can be dialled from fixed or mobile phone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>112 is an emergency unique european phone number .<\/strong><br \/>\nThis number 112 must be used \u00a0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>by mobile phone users only\u00a0if the network is saturated, or if the mobile phone is blocked,<\/li>\n<li>ando also by foreigners within French territory who do not \u00a0know the specific external emergency numbers in\u00a0France (numbers 15 and 18).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bloc-important\">The firm&#8217;s manager should guarantee the health and safety of workers by implementing appropriate measures, depending on the risks assessed by him, so that, in the enterprise there are various obligations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It is necessary \u00a0to carry out <strong>practices to evacuate quickly the buildings<\/strong> so that the workers get used to evacuate very quickly the buildings in case of fire for example\u00a0.<\/li>\n<li>An <strong>evacuation plan<\/strong> for the buildings is necessary to.<\/li>\n<li>In case of risk of projection of chemical products \u00a0: <strong>showers and eyewash stations<\/strong> should be provided.<\/li>\n<li>The employer must ensure that a<strong> lone worker<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>should be rescued in case of accident or discomfort<\/strong> : work is considered as lone if the worker is\u00a0out of sight and out of reach\u00a0of the other employees. There is now\u00a0protective equipment for lone workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a name=\"lien2\"><\/a>Call the emergency team<\/h3>\n<p><strong>In case of serious accident on the company site, in France we must call\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0SAMU, centre 15<\/strong>, which \u00a0d\u00e9cides :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>transport<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>mode<\/strong> , fire brigade or private
