physician is subject to the<strong> obligation of medical secret<\/strong> according to the below articles from the Penal Code,\u00a0the French Public Health Code and the French Physicians Ethics Code.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a physicians<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"bloc-important\">The occupational physician is not subject to professional secrecy for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/occupational-accidents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">occupational accidents<\/a> and<a href=\"http:\/\/www.atousante.com\/en\/occupational-diseases\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> occupational diseases<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"lien2\"><\/a>Trade secret<\/h3>\n<p>The occupational physician is subject to the obligation of trade secret in according with the French Labour code\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000006900992&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;dateTexte=20121023&amp;oldAction=rechCodeArticle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">article L. 1227-1\u00a0<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"bloc-important\">If an employee or a director reveals or tries to reveal\u00a0a trade secret, he exposes itself to
