The decree<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000025804441&amp;fastPos=1&amp;fastReqId=1565919480&amp;categorieLien=cid&amp;oldAction=rechTexte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">\u00a0n\u00b0 2012-665 <\/a>\u00a0has created this new table n\u00b0 58 .\u00a0 A lot of\u00a0epidemiological studies have shown relations between Parkinson&#8217;s disease and the occupational exposure to the pesticides. The worker must have been exposed at least during 10 years.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"bloc-important\">Every year, France use \u00a080 000 tons of pesticides and is the Europe&#8217;s number-one country and the third country in the world.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The following criteria must be met cumulitavely to obtain the recognition of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Parkinson's_disease\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parkinson&#8217;s disease<\/a> as occupational disease <b>:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the medical diagnosis must be confirmed \u00a0by a physician certified as a<strong> neurologist<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>the Time limit for compensation claim\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0is 1 year<br \/>\nit is the delay between the diagnosis and the end of the exposure,\u00a0the maximum allowable time between the condition being diagnosed and the moment when the worker is no longer exposed to the risk,<\/li>\n<li>the worker who suffer from Parkinson&#8217; s disease must have been exposed during 10 years to the pesticides to obtain the recongition of the occupational disease.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
